The Deal Room is where an accredited investor and a filmmaker sit down together to draft a term sheet in real time, sign an NDA, and move a project toward close. When it goes live, you'll see per-project rooms populated from the filmmaker's Supabase project — logline, deck, package, funding ask, use-of-funds, comparable titles, team, and investment tiers — pulled straight from the project record.
Until then, this door leads to a placeholder page (this one) so no one confuses design mockups for real offering material.
